Request Account & Data Deletion

In compliance with Google Play Developer Policies and global privacy laws (GDPR/CCPA), Enso users can permanently delete their account and associated data.

How Data Deletion Works:

  • Instant In-App Deletion: If you have the mobile app installed, open Settings > Privacy & Security > Delete Account. This immediately wipes your account, journals, audio files, and meditation history.
  • Web Request Form (Below): If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, submit your registered email address below or email support@ensomode.com.
  • What Gets Deleted: Your Firebase Authentication record, Firestore profile document, all journal entries and mood logs, all uploaded voice recordings in Firebase Storage, meditation timers, and streak analytics.
  • Processing Window: Web requests are verified and permanently purged within 30 days.
